Microsoft has released the latest Oct2012 Cumulative Updates (CU7) for Lync server and clients. Downloads are available as always from the Updates Resource Centre at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/lync/gg131945.aspx 
Among the many fixes included in this CU are improvements to the reliability, stability, and performance of Lync Mobility Service.
